important to take an active role in the planning of Newton County's future,"
says Charles.

"We have to preserve the natural surroundings," says Charles. River Cove
Meadows, one of the company's newest communities, is situated on the former
site of the Cline family's cattle farm. "Growing up on a farm instilled in me a
love for land and a vision to preserve its natural features," he says.
